Founded in 2020, Vannin supports leaders by providing highly talented CoS who can quickly and effectively guide the operations, freeing CEOs to do what they do best: build their businesses.

Post hire, Vannin also provides training and advisory services to enable a strong onboarding experience for new Chiefs of Staff.

Keziah Wonstolen
Founder & CEO

  • After 13 years at Accenture, a large Management Consultancy, Keziah Wonstolen launched Vannin Chief of Staff.

    Keziah is an experienced management consultant and Chief of Staff who spent over a decade advising Fortune 500 companies on their sales talent and operational strategies.

    In 2023 Keziah was awarded the Denver Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 award.

    Keziah lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband and three children. When she is not spending time with family and friends, she loves hiking and kickboxing.

Andi Rohach-Uhle
Operations

  • Andi joined Vannin after eight years on the administration operations team of a fintech start up and played an integral role in that company's quick journey from scaling to acquisition. Her role encompassed HR, event planning, employee relations, facilities management and expansion. Before that she taught high school math for five years.

    Andi is a problem solver and works to maintain a thorough and dynamic approach to both work and to life. She enjoys digging in the details and synchronizing multiple projects at a time.

    Andi holds a BA in Economics from CU Boulder and a Masters in Education from ASU. She was raised on a farm in southeast Nebraska, to which she attributes many of her characteristics. Andi loves spending time with her husband and two young children. She also enjoys running and traveling.

Susie Bockard
Finance

  • Susie has over 15 years of corporate and small business accounting experience. Prior to joining Vannin, she held roles across every facet of business stage and maturity, including ramping up individual businesses to scaled responsibility at corporations such as McKesson.Susie holds a BA degree from Bucknell University. She thrives on taking a hands-on approach to assisting clients in achieving their accounting and business outcomes.

    Susie is actively involved in family time with her husband and kids and enjoys athletics, as a multi-Ironman finisher, avid skier and accomplished cyclist.

Jamie Cole
Chief of Staff / COO

  • Jamie is a people-first operations executive with a strong marketing background who loves helping business owners and leaders reimagine what’s possible. Through the power of implementing thoughtful process, direct and clear communication at all levels of the organization, and using the power of focus to unlock potential and achieve targets, she has helped organizations grow with this approach from budding start-up to successful exit by the founders.

    Jamie got her start as a guerrilla marketer for Rubbermaid with a territory eight stores wide. She gained an appreciation for experience-based marketing by watching how customers interacted with the products and brand in real-time. Over the course of her career she has held positions in for-profits, non-profits, and start-ups in roles spanning from marketing to brand to communications to product to HR, Chief of Staff, and operations. Her most recent stint at a Denver based start-up -TaskRay - culminated with the transaction and transition of the company from founder to new ownership.Jamie lives in Arvada, Colorado with her two children and two dogs. She spends her free time with family, friends, studying and performing dance, and outside as much as possible.

Ashley Colón Sherry
Chief of Staff

  • Ashley is an expert in small business growth with experience in both the financial technology sector and the entertainment industry. Her unconventional business background has honed her diverse skill sets of both big picture strategic thinking and the execution of day-to-day tasks. She approaches every situation with an open mind and treats each as an opportunity for growth. In order to overcome significant organizational hurdles, she adheres to the core principles of clear communication, accountability, and adaptability.

    Ashley comes to Vannin after serving as Director of Operations at the fintech consulting start-up, FS Vector. Over her time with the company, they doubled in revenue and quadrupled their talent through unprecedented times.

    Ashley holds a B.A. in Marketing and minor in Accounting from Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. She was a professional actress through childhood and early adulthood where she learned early on that every role, no matter how small, is integral to creating something extraordinary. Born and raised in St. Louis, she now lives in Denver, CO with her family.

Emily Whiting
Head of Talent

  • As a seasoned Chief of Staff, Emily brings a wealth of expertise in project management, change management, and people operations. Her professional journey has encompassed dynamic roles within the media, tech, and real estate sectors, where she's successfully navigated both the startup landscape and Fortune 500 environments.

    She is recognized for translating vision into action and establishing robust systems and processes that fuel rapid growth both domestically and internationally. Her commitment to excellence has been a driving force in delivering tangible results, fostering innovation, and optimizing operational efficiency.

    Emily honed her skills in Chicago, where she lived for the first 12 years of her career. Recently, she's embraced a new chapter by relocating to Erie, PA with her husband and 5-year-old twins, where she continues to bring strategic leadership and a keen understanding of organizational dynamics.

Caroline Hoyle
Chief of Staff

  • Caroline brings over a decade of strategy consulting, business operations, and program management experience across multiple consumer-facing brands to her role as a Chief of Staff.

    She most recently spent five years at Amazon, Inc., launching and scaling new technology-enabled retail offerings in fashion and grocery. Prior to Amazon, Caroline flexed between strategy development and operational execution as a management consultant at Deloitte.

    Caroline enjoys solving complex problems and bringing logic and organization to ambiguous business challenges. Her experience includes mission/vision development, strategic planning, cross-functional alignment, go-to-market planning/execution, and new business launches. She is passionate about bringing diverse ideas together, prioritizing next steps, and driving execution.

    Caroline holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Originally from Ohio, she lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband and two young children. Caroline enjoys exploring the local restaurant scene, hiking, and listening to audiobooks.

Jenn Lien
Chief of Staff

  • Jenn is a multifaceted strategy and business operations leader committed to helping teams navigate new opportunities and solve complex problems. With 10+ years of experience, she specializes in guiding CEOs through the intricacies of building, scaling, and transforming their organizations. Jenn’s diverse background spans management consulting, investment management, and startup operator. Her clients include Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, startups, nonprofits, and government entities.

    Jenn started her career on the founding team of a global health non-profit, then honed her skills at Accenture where she focused on process optimization, strategy, and change management for healthcare companies. At Next Street, Jenn led teams on strategic planning, financial modeling, business operations, and market analysis for impact institutions and small businesses.

    Most recently, she was de factor Chief of Staff and first non-founder hire at Tilt Investment Management. She conducted investment due diligence, while also spearheading business operations, GTM strategy, and product development.

    Jenn holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and a BS from Northwestern University in Learning and Organizational Change. Based in Denver with her husband and toddler, she enjoys hiking, skiing, scuba diving, and amateur creative hobbies.

Deirdre Tomlinson
Chief of Staff

  • Deirdre brings over a decade of strategy consulting, entrepreneurial, and non-profit experience in healthcare, life sciences, consumer tech, and financial services to bear as a Chief of Staff. She flexes easily from strategic thinker to tactical executor and has most recently acted in this role for two years as a full-time co-founder for an online peer-to-peer health community. 

    Deirdre's experience includes strategic prioritization, market / landscape assessment, due diligence, product management and beta launch, strategic workshop development, sales operations and analytics, competitive intelligence, and pricing and market access. She holds an MBA from Tuck School of Business and a BS from Tufts University. Deirdre lives in Washington State and enjoys sailing, skiing, gardening, and walking on the tide flats.

Brad Roller
Chief of Staff

  • People-first leader with a proven record of delivering results through strategic and creative problem solving. Strong background in strategy, operations, technology, and finance leveraged for comprehensive solutioning across a variety of industries. Superb ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and drive success through leading and motivating dynamic teams, while having fun doing it. Cross-functional communicator, comfortable interfacing with C-level executives as well as working teams. Thrive in ambiguous situations and genuinely enjoy bringing order and direction out of uncertainty.

    Always keeping a finger on the pulse of the latest technology and industry trends to incorporate into innovative solutions.

Brent Daily
Chief of Staff

  • Brent's operated companies from the COO or CEO chair for the past two decades. He's performed and optimized most roles in an organization which puts him in the unique position to empathize with teammate's challenges and to help design new systems that meet goals and improve working lives. A strategic thinker, he's tightened the right screws on three of the past four companies enough for them to get acquired.

    A two-time author, Brent's most recent book, TimeStrapping, is a read on leadership and how to optimize for time. There's no better way to see how Brent thinks about the levers to pull to create real value for the enterprise and for the employee.

    Brent's a coach at heart and has spent the past decade coaching his two kids' baseball teams in Boulder, CO. He holds an MBA from Stanford's Graduate School of Business.

Kaitlin Boileau
Chief of Staff

  • Kaitlin is an experienced Chief of Staff and Management Consultant. She has over 10 years of experience working as a management consultant with Fortune 100 companies in strategic and business transformation roles. Her expertise are in channel and workforce optimization, value realization modeling, process design, nonprofit open source mapping, and value business cases. She is known by clients and colleagues as a value creator and trusted delivery expert.

Josh Moore
Deputy Chief of Staff

  • Josh brings over a decade of strategy consulting, business development, and operations management experience across various industries to his role as a Deputy Chief of Staff.

    Josh thrives in ambiguity and is excited about bringing order to chaos. His diverse experience includes steering high-impact projects, such as conducting market analyses, devising feasibility and go-to-market strategies, and managing complex business operations. His career spans industries including healthcare, sports & entertainment, e-commerce, fintech, consumer goods, and community growth. Josh is passionate about bringing teams together to accomplish a shared vision and he is biased towards taking action and always moving forward.

    Josh holds an MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder and a BS in Finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He lives in Denver, Colorado with his wife and spends his time training jiu jitsu, cooking new recipes, and sneaking up to the mountains as often as possible with his dog.

Liz Brodahl
Growth Advisor

  • Liz is an accomplished sales and executive recruitment executive with cross-industry experience in SaaS, real estate, luxury travel, hospitality, and marketing industries. Her specialized recruitment expertise is with everyone from high-net-worth clients to SMB and corporate business owners, ensuring a seamless experience through highly personalized service.

    As a person-centric problem solver Liz is thrilled to join Vannin Chief of Staff and is excited to focus on finding the best Chief of Staff for our clients. She is an innovative thinker who uses influencing and relationship building skills to address goals and challenges of clients and individuals.

    Liz's athletic business acumen began while attending Indiana University where she competed as a collegiate cyclist in road, track and the Little 500 bike race. With Activator as her #1 strength, she follows the "Mood follows action" mentality (by podcast host Rich Roll) and therefore you will find her organizing early morning group runs/walks or gathering friends together to travel or gather in Denver with her husband and two daughters.

Jaramogi Adams
Chief of Staff

  • Jaramogi has spent most of his career as a global operations executive with a knack for end-to-end strategic execution, communications and building global teams. He is a storyteller with a command of numbers who thrives in providing fact-based and intuit leadership and coaching to colleagues, business partners and mentees.

    Whether facilitating design thinking sessions, leading change management, building out short- and long-term roadmaps or distilling tons of quantitative data down to 3 qualitative bullets, Jaramogi adapts to the audience with a keen focus on delivering results and moving toward the future vision. He holds an M.S. in Management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. from Duke University.
